Just Another Desert Party 2011

This will be one of three blog posts about Just Another Desert Party hosted by Warshaw Pact Entertainment. The reason why there will be three posts about it are because of the images taken and how long it will eventually take for me to get everything developed. Thankfully the digital images are online and re-sized already but last weekend was a blast. Death Guild brought the Thunderdome for the first time in the Arizona desert which was beyond every expectation I had for it. I took the liberty of fighting in the Thunderdome on Friday night. The small amount of foresight I had since the desert cools down so much at night gave me heatstroke. I busted open my hand as well on one of the weapons that I was giving someone the beatdown with. The harnesses also wrecked my lower back so I am moving at a snail's pace. Overall an experience to remember, I just wish I had a better meal so I wasn't stumbling around like an idiot after I
exhausted myself.

That ended my Friday night while Saturday my back felt a lot better and my hand was eventually put into a fresh wrap (even as I write this I been disinfecting and getting myself a fresh hand wraps every once in a while) so I had a much less eventful night and I just hung out took photos and enjoyed the company of my friends. The entire event had a very laid back vibe despite the Thunderdome, and the Sadisco* fight club being there.

Dirty Disco 2011

Well, where to start for Dirty Disco this year...

This was insane, absolutely bat-shit insane. United Groove and Warshaw Pact have thrown another completely intense party that was worth every cent and then some. One stage, one dirty dusty vibe, it was an intense night to say the least. By the stage there were the fire cannons that I first witnessed at Just Another Desert Party last year. There is just too much to try to explain, the easiest thing to do is just go an experience one of these events. The next one is Just Another Desert Party 3, it will be on par with this at least, and might even blow this out of the water. This has set the bar for awesome desert parties.

Things I did while writing this blog post:
Listened to a couple of commericals
Laughed at some homestuck fandom stuff
